Gas Plus Group

Gas Plus is the fourth producer of Gas in Italy. It is active in the main sectors of the Natural Gas supply chain, in particular in the exploration, production, purchase, distribution and sale both wholesale and to final customers.



The Gas Plus Group chose CPL CONCORDIA for the following services:

  • Supply and maintenance of the MUBI software for the management of Gas Customers with the various modules of Billing, Front Office, Back Office, Complaints, Receivables, Gas Plus Sales Data Exchange
  • Supply and maintenance of the MIUBI program for the management of Trade Billing for Gas Plus Italy
  • Supply of a CRM system for the sales management of Gas customers
  • Provision of solutions in ASP mode



CPL CONCORDIA solutions encompass the entire operating cycle required for Gas Plus to manage Gas customers. The MUBI program covers the following areas: front office and back office, consumption management, billing, generation of digital invoice layouts, SNC and IIS, reports for various bodies, receivables management with securitisation, interfacing with SAP management software. The MUBI program is developed by CPL CONCORDIA using the Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP as a platform.
The CRM system allows a complete real-time view of all information regarding the end customer. The CRM system is centred on Customers and the management of all customer-related procedures. The CRM was developed by CPL CONCORDIA on the Dynamics 365 platform and verticalised for the utilities market.
CPL CONCORDIA also provides complete training and assistance services to customer operators, exploiting IT and regulatory skills thanks to its many years of specialisation in the energy market. Consequently, the software’s compliance with regulations is guaranteed, as well as its corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
