reports of violations of the Organizational Model
The institution of Whistleblowing offers protection for whistleblowers, protecting them from possible retaliation by the “whistleblower” resulting from the report, in full compliance with applicable regulations.
CPL CONCORDIA’s Whistleblowing channel is open not only to company employees, but also to all external stakeholders. Unlike normal communication and reporting channels, the Whistleblowing system guarantees the total anonymity of the reporter, thus avoiding any form of retaliation against the reporter.
Precisely because of these characteristics, the Whistleblowing channel is a central element of the legality and transparency policy implemented by the Cooperative.

The Whistleblowing channel is given exclusive management to the Chairman of the SB. The activity can be formally delegated to any member of the SB as long as it is external to the company. If the chairman of the SB is not external, he is obliged to formally delegate the management of the channel to a member of the SB from outside the company. In the case of reports through postal letters, these will be delivered unopened to the chairman of the SB, or the delegated member.
CPL has made available to employees and stakeholders an IT channel for handling confidential reports, CPLWB. Whistleblowing access credentials are assignedunically to the Chairman of the SB or the delegated member.
To ensure complete anonymity of the reporter, it is recommended that the report be made from a personal device via a non-company private network.
