As part of the activities to adapt its organizational model to the requirements expressed by Legislative Decree. 231/2001, a body has been established in CPL CONCORDIA to supervise the operation of and compliance with the principles contained in the Management Organizational Model, called the “Supervisory Board.”
The Supervisory Board of CPL carries out the following activities:
- supervise the application of the organizational model, in relation to the different types of crimes covered by the Decree;
- verify the effectiveness of the Model and its ability to prevent the commission of the crimes referred to in the Decree;
- identify and propose to the relevant bodies (Board of Directors, Board of Auditors) updates and amendments to the Model itself in relation to changing regulations or business conditions.

All stakeholders involved can and should report any violations of the Model to the Supervisory Board at any time.
The Supervisory Board is committed to ensuring the secrecy of the identity of the reporter, subject to legal obligations. To this end, CPL CONCORDIA guarantees the confidentiality of this identity by providing a specific channel called “Whistleblowing” to which reports can be sent, the management of which is entrusted to a member of the SB external to the company and totally independent
