Supplier Register CPL CONCORDIA

CPL CONCORDIA adopts a careful procurement policy and aimed at selecting a qualified supplier base, operating according to principles of transparency, competition, equal conditions for submission of bids and following objective assessments regarding to competitiveness, quality, utility and cost of supply. For relationship management with companies and Freelancers, some of the main Stakeholders of CPL CONCORDIA, a special Supplier Qualification portal has been established. New suppliers who wish to register in the Qualification System can apply for the categories of interest directly in the portal.
Following registration, the provider will receive a confirmation email containing the temporary password for first access to the platform. In the next login, you will be asked to change your password to a personal one before entering your restricted area.

Already qualified providers who must subsequently handle requests for integration and/or renewals of accreditation that may be expiring, should simply log in to the qualification portal using the credentials previously received (Email and Password). Ordinary Procedure

Quick Procedure Below Threshold

Only for certain types of suppliers will it be possible to proceed, initially, through another Procedure called Rapid Procedure Under Threshold.

This type of application is reserved for all providers who have made arrangements with CPL staff and involves a light enrollment process up to a specified maximum turnover amount.
This amount is monitored periodically and, in the event of an overrun, the supplier will receive a request from CPL’s Supplier Qualification Office and/or directly from the portal to proceed with the ordinary accreditation process.

Excluded from this Procedure are all Services, Performances and Supplies with mandatory Registration on the White List Law 190/2012.
