As part of the activities to adapt its organizational model to the requirements expressed by Legislative Decree. 231/2001, a body has been established in CPL CONCORDIA to supervise the operation of and compliance with the principles contained in the Management Organizational Model, called the “Supervisory Board.”
Below are the members who make up the Supervisory Board of CPL CONCORDIA.

Vito Zincani
President
Abruzzese by birth, graduated in Law (thesis in Criminal Procedure) in Bologna in 1964. After a few years in Padua as a praetor, he became an investigating judge until 1988, then deputy attorney general in Bologna. As regent of the Parma Public Prosecutor’s Office, he was in charge of the sensitive Parmalat investigation for more than a year. An expert on terrorism, as an investigating judge in the 1970s and 1980s, he signed the indictment underlying the Bologna station massacre trials.
He was called to deal with the Uno Bianca gang and, in the Court of Appeals, with the new BR, convicted of the murder of labor lawyer Marco Biagi. For six years he led the Modena Public Prosecutor’s Office, coordinating, among others, investigations related to the May 2012 Earthquake. Also an expert in administrative law and economic crime, in the 1970s he established the Economic Crimes Section at the Education Office of the Bologna Court. In the 1980s, through the Forum Legal Studies Association, he founded the Magistrate Training School. He was a professor of Criminology for several years at Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, Faculty of Political Science.

Carlo Luison

Born in the province of Treviso, he graduated in Economics and Business Law with honors from Bocconi University in the year 1999. Head of the Sustainable Innovation division of BDO Italy. He has been involved in Sustainability, Social Responsibility (CSR) and business ethics for 20 years, working with leading national and international organizations. Founding member of GBS – Gruppo di studio per il Bilancio Sociale and EBEN – European Business Ethics Network Italia. Member of the Budget Oscar evaluation committee.
Ph.D. in Economics and Business Strategy at the Bicocca University of Milan. Collaborates with trade associations on sustainability and corporate responsibility issues and in undergraduate and master’s degree programs.

Barbara Tassi
External Member
A native of Modena, she holds a law degree from the University of Modena and has been practicing law for more than 25 years, dealing with criminal law primarily and civil law both in and out of court. A member of the Modena Bar Association and a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, she has been developing expertise in the area of 231 for several years, dealing with both the drafting of Models and control activities as a member of Supervisory Bodies.
He holds the position of OdV President in many companies in the country, including those with public participation.
