The ALER of Milan took this name in implementation of the Law of the Lombardy Region no. 13 of 1996 which transformed the Autonomous Institutes of Public Housing into a company. In one hundred years of construction activity, the Institute has created a public housing stock that has no equal in other European companies in the sector: about 72,000 are owned and as many sold in the period.

14,500 dwellings, consisting of 227 buildings: these are the numbers of the ALER of Milan, which has launched a tender for the management of its 36 thermal power plants with medium-large power boilers (typically 3 or 4 from 500 up to 2500 KW GVW).

• Operation and maintenance of thermal power plants with the support of the dedicated Contact Center. CPL CONCORDIA collects reports and offers effective and efficient communication with both the client and the end user
• The Contact Center is connected to an activity planning system (capable of creating agendas for maintenance technicians) and the remote control system of the plants; Any fault and malfunction appears on the operator’s video, who assigns the request for intervention to the technician in real time thus ensuring a 24-hour intervention
• Supply of natural gas at competitive prices: By purchasing large volumes of methane, CPL CONCORDIA allows the customer to obtain the fuel at a competitive and advantageous price

• Lower management and maintenance costs on boilers, burners and systems
• Reduction of intervention times in the event of a breakdown, optimisation of temperatures according to service hours, reduction of consumption and polluting emissions
