The company, in its plant 40 km south of Rome, produces biodiesel that it sells in Italy and exports to Germany, France, Greece, Croatia and other European countries.
In the Aprilia plant, with a capacity of 160,000 tons/year, waste oils from the recovery of refined vegetable oils used in frying are treated to a very large extent.
Thanks to the Company’s technology, the use of these raw materials allows the production of biodiesel with total sustainability, unique in the biodiesel market (EEC Commission).

The annual energy requirements of the DP Lubrificanti S.r.l. plant are equal to 6,750 MWh of electricity and 44,018 MWh of thermal energy in the form of hot water and steam serving the plant’s production cycles.

The remote control system has been customized directly by CPL CONCORDIA on the basis of the customer’s needs in order to take on the characteristics of a multifunctional system that allows integrated management of the plants, being able to coexist with the existing remote control system.
The instrument used by CPL CONCORDIA consists of a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a flexible and powerful system capable of controlling a wide variety of devices and responding to the most diverse customer needs.
