USER&APP

USER is the platform to interface most of the Billing software of Natural Gas, LPG, Water, Electricity and Telephone sales companies with end customers, sales force and the Call Center, thus creating a virtual counter usable 24 hours a day from any device connected to the Internet.

With USER, end customers can perform major front-office operations, and the data displayed on the portal are updated in real time with the company’s management system.

Through the CRM module, the company (sales force) can manage potential, acquired customers and related business activity by keeping track of each request.

The system is integrated with the calculation of agent commissions with the corporate institutional site.

Customer Web & Mobile Services

The USER Web portal and its TAKEMEAPP mobile version allow, in addition to user management of the different contracts headed, to send the self-reading by the deadline, monitoring of the last year’s consumption with relevant billed readings, payment status of debit bills, useful information with toll-free customer service reference numbers and Google Maps with branches in the area.
USER and TAKEMEAPP are integrated with all other systems and aligned on time to ensure data congruity and consistency.

Main Features

Self-reading

Self-reading allows users to report their consumption to the Company so that they get a bill on actual consumption.

Informations

The customer will be able to receive the necessary information at the contact details given (phone, e-mail, mail). This function is also accessible to unregistered users.

Main Features

The portal allows the end customer to:

consult and edit their master data;
independently change the mailing address of paper and electronic correspondence;
request or revoke the charge through R.I.D. by entering bank details and account data in a special mask;
select the type of supply and view the utility’s account balance.

Email invoices

Through this function it is possible to enable or disable the sending of invoices by e-mail.
The customer can indicate up to 4 e-mail addresses on which he/she wishes to receive the invoice. The message text is customizable, and two modes of sending are provided:

sending link;
sending attached PDF.

In the consultation section, a log of the mailings of each individual invoice can be viewed.

05.

Invoice Adjustment

The end user is allowed to rectify invoices, with the requirement to enter his or her reason, which will be taken over by a back-office operator.

06.

Consumption History Consultation

The consumption history is displayed in a summary table and graph presenting basic information about the reading.

Dealer and Reseller Agents

Features specific to the sales network are as follows:

contract entry via special web form: only when the contracts entered on the web are in the activation state will they be transferred to the MUBI billing system;
generic contact – CRM: will make it possible to archive, research and plan all technical and commercial activities that do not fall under the “standard” management of management systems (mailings, appointments, phone calls for information, etc.);
special attention and complete autonomy in managing the utilities under the Reseller’s responsibility thanks to the dedicated module.
