CPL CONCORDIA specializes in outsourcing emergency services for Utilities, in which it has gained more than 10 years of experience, expertise, professionalism and specialization. The service offered by CPL, manned 24/24, 365 days/year by trained personnel, complies with the authority’s requirements for emergency response on utilities, while also offering technical and service pluses:

214 thermal power plants consisting of multiple boilers even exceeding MWt and district heating networks;
126 cogenerators or trigenerators, up to 1 MWe with natural gas and biogas fueling;
18 photovoltaic systems up to 1 MW;
More than 500 natural gas systems, including odorization systems, cathodic protection, Re.Mi. cabins;
More than 200 other energy metering systems, including electric and water metering.

Facility Management and Energy Management

Some of the main activities include:

The scheduling of power on and off;
The maintenance of temperatures in the rooms as stipulated in the tenders;
The continuous exchange of information with the area maintainer in order to ensure the optimal operation of all facilities.

Cogeneration

Through the management software developed within CPL we work to ensure prompt intervention of our technicians in case of downtime or other serious anomalies in order to achieve the highest possible up-time.

Through the dedicated portal, all characteristic values of the machine can be monitored, from electrical and thermal output to temperature values of oils and other mechanical parts.

Photovoltaic

For photovoltaic fields, thanks to ABB’s platforms, we constantly monitor both electrical production and safety systems in the field.

This continuous control makes it possible to ensure prompt intervention in cases where production may drop due to technological anomalies or natural events: it also allows easy access to data to ensure yields are always at the highest level.

Natural gas systems

We guarantee constant audits of odorization systems, cathodic protection systems, remote control systems on Re.Mi substations. and telemetering of even non-fiscal meters for energy monitoring purposes on energy-intensive customers and the Italian gas landscape due to the multiplicity of SCADA systems used.

Energy Metering

For the remote monitoring of electricity consumption, even within significant entities divided by geographic areas, we adopt a SaaS solution that allows monitoring of KWh consumed on various plants and broken down by type of use.
In addition to this, a suite of additional software also allows the retrieval of information regarding thermie and frigorie.
