September 26, 2018 - CPL CONCORDIA Soc. Coop. and Coopservice Soc. Coop. have completed the analysis and study phase, conducted with the collaboration of leading consultants and experts, on the hypothesis of setting up a new company with equal participation in the Energy & Facility Management sector.
The design of a Newco is an ambitious goal, with such complexity that it requires a series of specific conditions that, at present, have not been met.
CPL CONCORDIA and Coopservice have therefore jointly decided not to continue with the project and to continue to operate independently in the Facility Management market by implementing new and different growth and development strategies.
