Along with the new format of Utilities Bills and Invoices came the demand for clear, simple and understandable documentation of each part of the Bill/Invoice.
To make the iteration between the user and the documentation more effective, we have created an Avatar called AUSILIO that is responsible for guiding the user in navigating the documentation.

The Avatar is always present in silent mode and is activated at the user’s request by pressing the Play button next to the Avatar image or directly by clicking on the Avatar itself.
The Guide to Reading Your Bill Reflects all the directions of the Authority including the Glossary section, which is an additional piece aimed at increasing transparency for the benefit of the end customer and has as its main objective to provide a standard description of all the elements and terms indicated in the summary and ED part.
The system offered by BluCRM is independent of the management system in use in different companies.
