The Val di Chiana farm has a biogas plant built by CPL CONCORDIA, which covers an area of approximately 7800 square metres. The plant is powered by agricultural products grown directly on the farm’s land (straw, hay, sorghum, alfalfa). Every day 30 to 50 tonnes of materials are fed into it. The plant has an estimated annual production of 8,100,000 kWh.
