Offer Management
Through a simple graphical interface, operators will be able to enter the Commercial Offers they intend to propose to their End Customers and calculate for each of them the Estimated Annual Expenditure, as required by current regulations.
The Web portal is divided by type of service–gas and energy-and, for each, there is an Offer Management page that lists the Offers active at the time of consultation.
With appropriate filters or a simple search, previous offers can also be viewed.
Rates related to “pass-through costs” (transportation and meter management and system charges) are charged through appropriate tracks and updated quarterly.
Through the command ADD OFFER it is possible create a new offer first choosing the name and offer code to identify it, and then indicating the period of validity, the type of Customer to which it refers (domestic or other uses, and for gas, also condominium) and the type of price charged (fixed or variable).
In the second part of the form, the prices defined in the bid itself can be entered.
Once you save the data, you are redirected directly to the Annual Expenditure Estimate calculation page.
There are a number of buttons in the Offerings list that allow you to manage the offerings you already have:
- DUPLICATE: allows you to duplicate an offer that already exists; it is useful in case you need to create a new offer similar to one that already exists: the parameters of the selected offer are shown, and the operator can intervene only on the values to be updated. When the operation is completed, a new offer is created.
- EDIT: allows you to edit an existing offer, to correct any errors. No new supply is generated.
- DELETE: allows you to delete an offer. This will no longer be visible anywhere on the portal.
