The platform also allows the end user to independently sign the request for activation of electricity and/or natural gas supply (Switch for Individuals and Companies) by entering their data into the system, accessing the Sales Company’s institutional website, which redirects them to a product form.
Back-Office Validation
The end user’s completion and signature of the package is followed by a back-office validation phase, during which the Operator, by accessing a dedicated section, can verify the data entered by the potential customer.
Request for Personal Data Only
For other procedures such as Installation, Subentry, Transfer, Switch with Transfer, the end user will only be asked for certain data (personal data, contact details), which will then be used by the Utility to contact them and formalize the supply agreement.

Credit Check
Option to activate a creditworthiness service for VAT-registered entities. The score allows you to identify a rating class to use during contract acquisition and validation.
