The solution for the creation, management and historicization of Indemnity System flows

Operating on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, through data extracted from the Billing software and download flows from the Integrated Information System (IIS), CMORutility serves as an adjunct for companies in the industry in the collection of delinquent customers, supporting them in both the management of Entrant and Exit activities.

The Indemnification System

Flows and information are managed according to the company’s role to ensure a fully customizable and targeted service.

for contrasting and reducing the opportunistic behavior of end customers aimed at not paying their last bills before switching suppliers (so-called energy tourism);
for recovery of outstanding credit of customers who have switched out;
to avoid remaining financially exposed if compensation is applied to customers in supply.

The flows of the Indemnity System

Flows affecting UDD and CC:

claim (User/CC Exit);
cancellation of claims (User/Exitant/Entrant CC);
suspension of claims (User/CC Entrant);
reporting (User/CC Incoming).

Prerequisites

conduct of the company towards the end customer in line with the regulations;
Accreditation for its role on the IIS and assignment of operators.
user/CC Outgoing: availability of POD/PDR and delinquent customer data for the compilation of the track necessary for processing the SI1.0050 flow;
user/CC Entrant: availability of information required by the cancellation and reporting flows.
