Blu Dispatcher

There is a new feature for uploading master records through Web Service with no more loading and unloading of files.

Special directories will be prepared where the different types of files to be uploaded will be deposited, and special procedures will be scheduled that will periodically automatically proceed with the upload.

All operations will be accompanied by appropriate logs that will track the operations performed, directory reading will occur up to two levels of subdirectories, and files can also be zipped. This eliminates the manual upload time now dedicated to XML files

Once the upload is complete, all the logs related to the uploaded streams will be available on the Dispatcher company with an indication of any anomalies found. It will also be possible to download every single original file uploaded.

A special function will be set up to extract information on the points eligible for earthquake relief on social bonuses directly from the files transmitted by Enel.

Allows you to go and load the master file coming from the IIS with immediate evidence of any differences on the number of points between distributor and billing master. This file also contains CRPP information that may be useful for procurement purposes.

The loading of PRA and MGP files from SII and GME and related synchronization with the billing system.

For companies with our billing system, the offloading of entities imported from the Blu.Dispatcher to the billing system will always be done through WS. Only Enel XML files related to consumption will still need to be preprocessed through XLS files for analysis of any R- or S-type bills

Required for displaying new imported entities : readings, curves, consumption, adjustments, switches and technical data.

New functionality will be available within flow management that will allow searching and filtering on history by POD/Location/Competency.

Automated in that we will have the data available in the new managed files. At the same time, automatic closure of the new switch activity will be possible, thus bringing the PDE into a congruent state for billing.

Directly from the billing counter, it is now possible to manage all major activities to distributors that are sent to the Blu.Dispatcher for onward dispatch to the distributor. The system is parametric and still allows the development of any specific formats on your distributors with a large number of activities

The Blu.Dispatcher module is also capable of receiving a single file and segmenting it for various related companies effectively allowing a “Dispatcher” function for any resales and/or groups you may wish to provide in the future.
