Concordia sulla Secchia (MO), 29 June 2018 – CPL CONCORDIA is pleased to learn of the pronouncement of the Supreme Court of Cassation which rejected the appeal of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Modena against the acquittal sentence of the charge of criminal association and fraud on the Apulian photovoltaic plant delivered in 2017, thus confirming the acquittal for the cooperative and for the people involved.
