DE&I: Diversity Equity & Inclusion

  CPL CONCORDIA has established the Internal Committee of Equal Opportunity (CIPO), oriented by the Code of Ethics and the corporate Mission, which includes among its values the improvement of people's quality of life. The objective of the committee is to monitor the implementation of the company's diversity, equity and inclusion policies, reporting any critical issues and suggesting possible improvements; this is done through the appointed figure of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist - DEIS. The Committee will also be a promoter of initiatives, programs and projects aimed at spreading a culture of equity, inclusion and respect for diversity inside and outside the company.
