Associate Professor of Political Economy at the Department of Economics at the University of Bologna, he succeeds Dr. Elio Cirelli as an independent member of the Board of Directors
Concordia sulla Secchia (MO), 31 August 2016 – At its meeting yesterday, 30 August, the Board of Directors of CPL CONCORDIA co-opted Prof. Massimiliano Marzo as an independent director in the governing body of the cooperative, replacing Dr. Elio Cirelli who resigned at the beginning of August.
Massimiliano Marzo currently He holds the position of Associate Professor of Political Economy at the Department of Economics at the University of Bologna. He obtained, among other things, a Ph.D in Economics at Yale University and has gained various experiences on the boards of directors or management of companies including Advam Partner Sgr and Manutencoop FM.
As required by the statute, the appointment of Prof. Marzo must be ratified by the vote of the members at the next assembly of the cooperative.
