CPL CONCORDIA’s Business Process Outsourcing service enables companies to focus on their core business while outsourcing their billing process. The service can be modular and clustered by end user type.



The billing outsourcing service of CPL CONCORDIA comprises the management of:

  • user data and contracts: recording of/changes to utility services, contracts, front and back office activities;
  • readings and measurements: uploading and verification of consumption data interfacing with distribution companies and wholesalers;
  • tariff update: updating of prices in the management system depending on authority provisions as well as customised offers;
  • billing & VAS: drafting and issue of bills according to customers’ commercial needs and required billing cycle, including VAS (Value Added Services) billing;
  • electronic archiving (COS): electronic archiving of billing documents, etc.;
  • printing and mailing of bills: printing and personalised mailing of bills.
  • report: creation of reports that process and generate flows according to the IIS templates;
  • history: tracking IIS process-prescribed inbound and outbound flow history;
  • authority requests: implementing any functions that will be required by ARERA (Italian Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment) in the future;
  • changes: Managing any changes to data communicated via SII flows.

The CPL CONCORDIA Contact Centre offers a commercial service to Utilities for inbound and outbound management of all types of contacts such as voice calls, email, SMS, fax, web requests. The service complies with the Authority’s Resolutions on Contact Centres. The software is extensively tested, technologically advanced and integrated with all the reporting components of the CPL information system.
