Members of the Supervisory Board

As part of the activities of adapting its organisational model to the requirements of Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, CPL CONCORDIA has set up a body responsible for supervising the operation of and compliance with the principles contained in the Organisational Management Model, known as the”Supervisory Body“.

The members of the Supervisory Board of CPL CONCORDIA are listed below.

Vito Zincani – President

Born in region Abruzzo, he obtained a Law degree (dissertation on Criminal Procedure) in Bologna in 1964. After working a few years in Padua as a magistrate, he filled the office of investing judge until 1988 and was later appointed assistant public prosecutor of Bologna. As interim head of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Parma, he has been in charge of the high-profile Parmalat investigation for over a year. He is an expert on terrorism, as in the Seventies and Eighties he issued the indictments in Bologna railway station bombing case in his quality as investigating judge. He was involved in the cases of the White Uno Gang and, in the Court of Assizes of Appeal, of the new Red Brigades terrorist organisation, whose members were convicted of the assassination of labour law professor Marco Biagi. He headed the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Modena for six years, and coordinated, among other cases, the investigations connected with the earthquake of May 2012. He is also an expert of administrative law and white-collar crimes, and set up the preliminary investigation office of the Court of Bologna in the Seventies. In the Eighties he founded the training school for magistrates through the Association for law studies Forum. He has held a position as Criminology professor at the Political Sciences department of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna, for several years.

He has been serving as the President of the Supervisory Board of CPL CONCORDIA since late April 2015.

Carlo Luison – External Member

Born in the province of Treviso, he graduated in Business Economics and Law with honours from Bocconi University in 1999. He is responsible for the Sustainable Innovation Division of BDO Italia. He has been working in the field of Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and business ethics, collaborating with leading Italian and international organisations for two decades. He is a founding member of GBS – Study panel for Social Report and EBEN – European Business Ethics Network Italy. He is a member of the evaluation committee of the Italian Financial Statements Oscar award. He acquired a Ph.D. in Business Economics and Strategy at the Bicocca University of Milan. He advises trade associations on issues of sustainability and corporate responsibility issues and assists them in setting up curricula for graduate and master studies.

He has been serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of CPL CONCORDIA since mid-April 2016.

Barbara Tassi – External Member

From Modena, she has a degree in Law from the University of Modena and has been practising as a lawyer for over 25 years, dealing mainly with criminal law and civil law both in and out of court. She is a member of the Modena Bar Association and a member of the Italian Supreme Court Bar Association. She has gained expertise in the 231 area over a number of years, dealing with both the drafting of Models and the control activities as a member of Supervisory Boards.

She holds the role of President of the Supervisory Board in many companies throughout the country, including state-owned companies.

She has been serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board of CPL CONCORDIA since early October 2021.
