Supervisory Body: what it is, who are its members, what should be reported to it

As part of the activities required to adapt its organisational model to the requirements under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, a body has been set up in CPL CONCORDIA called the “Supervisory Body” to monitor operations and compliance with the principles contained in the Management Organisational Model.

The Supervisory Board of CPL carries out the following activities:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the organisational model, in relation to the various types of offence under the Decree
  • Verifying the effectiveness of the Model and its ability to prevent the commission of offences under the Decree
  • Identifying and proposing to the competent bodies (Consiglio di Amministrazione, Board of Auditors) updates and changes to the Model in relation to any change in legislation or to changing business conditions

The Supervisory Board may be contacted:

  • By e-mail at the following e-mail address: odv@cpl.it
  • By post at “Organismo di Vigilanza c/o CPL Concordia – Via A. Grandi 39, 41033 Concordia s/S – Modena, Italy.”

Any stakeholder may and should report any violations of the Model to the Supervisory Board at any time.

The Supervisory Board is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the reporting party, except as required by law. To this end, CPL CONCORDIA guarantees the confidentiality of their identity by providing a specific channel called Whistleblowing to which reports can be sent, the management of which is entrusted to a member of the Supervisory Board, external to the company and totally independent:

  • By e-mail at the following e-mail address: cplwhistleblowing@gmail.com
  • By post (in an envelope marked “Reserved – Confidential”) at “Whistleblowing c/o CPL CONCORDIA – Via A. Grandi 39, 41033 Concordia s/S – Modena, Italy”
