As part of the activities required to adapt its organisational model to the requirements under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, a body has been set up in CPL CONCORDIA called the “Supervisory Body” to monitor operations and compliance with the principles contained in the Management Organisational Model.

Any stakeholder may and should report any violations of the Model to the Supervisory Board at any time.
The Supervisory Board is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the reporting party, except as required by law. To this end, CPL CONCORDIA guarantees the confidentiality of their identity by providing a specific channel called “Whistleblowing“ to which reports can be sent, the management of which is entrusted to a member of the Supervisory Board, external to the company and totally independent:
