The top decision-making body of CPL CONCORDIA

All Worker Members may participate in the (General or Special) Members’ Meeting by right. When an issuance resolution so provides, Investor Members may participate as well. It is the top decision-making body of CPL CONCORDIA; under the Memorandum and Articles of Association, it is responsible for:

  • Approving the annual Financial Statements
  • Electing the members of the Board of Directors
  • Appointing the other corporate officers
  • Resolving on the matters provided for by the Memorandum and Articles of Association and on the issues submitted by the BoD

The Meeting may draft specific recommendations and improvement suggestions for submission to the BoD.

In addition to the Members’ Meeting, a Special Meeting of Holders of Non-Voting Stock also exists, and its representative may participate in the Members’ Meeting meetings to monitor the implementation of cooperative development plans and protect the interests of their category of stakeholders.
