CPL CONCORDIA adopts a careful procurement policy aimed at selecting a pool of qualified suppliers, operating according to the principles of transparency, competition, equal conditions for the submission of bids and following objective assessments regarding competitiveness, quality, benefits and cost of the supply. A special Supplier Qualification portal has been set up for the management of relations with companies and freelance professionals, some of CPL CONCORDIA’s main stakeholders.
New suppliers wishing to enrol in the Qualification System can apply for the relevant categories directly on the portal.
Following registration, the supplier will receive a confirmation email containing a temporary password for their first access to the platform. On the next login, before entering the reserved area, they will be asked to change the password to a personal one.
Already qualified suppliers who subsequently have to manage requests for integration and/or renewal of accreditation which may be about to expire, must access the qualification portal using the credentials previously received (Email and Password).

For certain types of suppliers only, it is possible to proceed, initially, through another procedure called Fast-Track Under Threshold Procedure.
This type of application is reserved for all suppliers who have made arrangements with CPL staff and is a more simple application process for supplies up to a certain maximum invoiced amount.
The amount is monitored periodically and, if it is exceeded, the supplier will receive a request from the CPL Supplier Qualification Office and/or directly from the portal to proceed with the ordinary accreditation process.
All Services and Supplies involving compulsory registration on the White List under Italian law 190/2012 are excluded from this procedure.
