Certification of the Information Security Management System, which demonstrates CPL CONCORDIA Soc. Coop.’s commitment to proactively manage and protect information (digital and paper, internal and external) and resources (computers and networks) and to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Certification as a CMVP Expert (Certified Measurement and Verification Professional), issued by the AEE® (Association of Energy Engineers), in collaboration with EVO®, a non-profit organisation that develops and maintains the IPMVP Protocol (International Protocol for Performance Measurement and Verification), allows CPL CONCORDIA to offer its customers the application of this protocol, through the implementation of the M&V Plan, which aims to carry out an accurate measurement and verification process of the savings obtained from energy efficiency projects. The M&V Plan describes the process of planning, measuring and analysing data in order to verify and report on the energy savings resulting from an energy efficiency improvement project.

Certification of the CPL CONCORDIA Contact Centre, which attests to the high quality standards of the contact service, relations with customers and users of the company’s service. Customer satisfaction is crucial and is an objective that requires constant monitoring of the effectiveness and efficiency of the following three aspects: accessibility of service, timeliness of response and effective resolution of the contact issue. The new ISO 18295:2017 standard replaces the pre-existing UNI EN 15838:2010 and UNI 11200:2010 standards with a view to creating value for customers, clients and call centre operators through the provision of increasingly better relationship services.

With this accreditation, the CPL CONCORDIA Inspection Services Unit is a Type C Inspection Body, i.e. a separate, identifiable, impartial and technically independent unit within CPL CONCORDIA Soc. Coop., that has the necessary qualifications and skills to perform periodic inspections and maintain MID and national methane gas volume converters systems of type 1 and type 2 and of type approved together with the meters, built by CPL CONCORDIA or other manufacturers, in compliance with the Italian Ministerial Decree no. 93/2017 (formerly Ministerial Decree no. 75/2012 and Guideline of the Ministry of Economic Development of 12/05/2014).
