The offer

The After Sales service of CPL CONCORDIA adopts a maintenance system designed to prevent and resolve any problem and ensure all-round service for our customers’ plants. We also offer customised agreements to meet the specific needs of individual customers, ensuring uninterrupted, extensive 24/7, 365 days support.

CPL CONCORDIA ensures prompt response based on ongoing monitoring of the co-generation system. All of our customers enjoy the benefit of a Contact Centre that monitors maintenance outcomes in terms of service quality and performance levels.

Our service agreements have an average duration of 10 to 15 years and cover all aspects of after sales service, including the sale of power and access to incentive schemes, directly and/or on behalf of the customer. Current re-purchase rate – new co-generation units purchased at end of life of previous units – is 95.8%.

Paperwork and energy-environmental analysis services

With its new Paperwork and Energy-Environmental Analysis Services, CPL CONCORDIA takes care of all paperwork and formalities required to fulfil legal obligations. The Service includes:

  • Collection, processing and storage of operating data
  • Energy/environmental management of co-generation plants and evaluation of energy efficiency enhancement actions
  • Operation analysis and analysis of global energy performance trend data
  • Testing of measurement instruments
  • Monthly energy reports
  • Management of relations with key authorities: GSE (Italian Energy Services Authority), GME (Italian Energy Markets Authority), ENEL (Italian power utility firm), TERNA (power networks operator), Italian Customs Agency, ARERA (Italian Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment), SNAM (national gas utility), ISPRA (Italian National Institute for Environmental Protection and Research), Ministry of the Environment.
