It offers Utilities in the Water Sector a set of software for the management of digital content dedicated to Integrated Water Service. The aim of the platform is to support customers in digitising processes in the sector, while maintaining compliance with the quality standards imposed by ARERA.

  • SMART METERING AND A.M.R. AUTOMATIC METER READING for fast, punctual and effective multi-brand and multi-protocol management of water meter consumption. It allows flow rate monitoring and reporting in different districts of the network, setting thresholds and alarms to safeguard water resources.
  • PLANT AND SCADA REMOTE MONITORING offers optimal control of water levels, consumption and withdrawal in hydroelectric power stations, sewage pipelines, industrial users and distribution networks. Efficient monitoring of alarms and critical issues allows the performance and maintenance of the plant to be optimised, reducing operating costs.

  • NETWORK EFFICIENCY AND WATER LOSS EARLY LOCATION by monitoring pressures and flows. The machine learning algorithm compares the data with the network model and makes it possible to narrow down the radius of leakage detection in the field, significantly reducing intervention time and costs.

 

The APP that allows technicians to shut down installation, emergency and routine maintenance activities on distribution networks. Can be used directly in the field and off-line. This is convenient in areas with not Internet coverage, and data can be synchronised at a later time.

  • Information on the assigned service call is displayed in an instant;
  • Automatically calculates the time required for field work;
  • Templates to close service call;
  • Maintainer and customer can put their signatures using the mobile device;
  • Service can be documented with photos and a list of required material;
  • Service report can be generated and submitted.

Manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the Control Room is the operational heart for the remote monitoring of energy plants located throughout the country, while the Contact Centre, thanks to its highly trained staff, complies with the requirements of ARERA regarding emergency activities on utilities. CPL CONCORDIA is duly registered with the Register of Communications Operators (ROC) and its personnel is trained to thoroughly check calls in detail.

MUBI is the CfMD-certified add-on running on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform that automates and streamlines all the processes typical of a multi-utility company operating in the water market.

CRMutility is the new Customer Relationship Management software offered by CPL CONCORDIA, based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, which focuses on the customer and the management of all customer-related issues. The system consists in a simple interface that enables tellers and Contact Centre operators to view necessary data, make queries according to billing specifications and obtain results and outcomes from the MUBI billing management software.
