CPL CONCORDIA receives a loan of 43.3 million Euros with a SACE guarantee

CPL CONCORDIA, a company specialising in the production, management and distribution of energy systems, has received a loan of €43.3 million, backed by SACE's SupportItalia Guarantee, provided by a pool of financial institutions consisting of UniCredit, in its capacity as Agent Bank and Agent of Sace, which acted with Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI CIB Division) also as mandated lead arranger, global coordinator, bookrunner and lenders, as well as Banco BPM, BPER Banca, BNL BNPPARIBAS, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Sanfelice 1893 Banca Popolare, as mandated lead arrangers and lenders.

Garanzia SupportItalia is the SACE Group's extraordinary instrument provided for by the Aid Decree to support the liquidity and investment needs of Italian companies impacted by the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.

White & Case and Grimaldi Alliance , acting as legal advisors, respectively assisted CPL CONCORDIA and the pool of lending banks which, together with Pirola Corporate Finance S.p.A ., financial advisor to CPL CONCORDIA, made this result possible.
