R.E.T.E. Portal and CRM

This is the Portal for companies involved in Selling Methane Gas, LPG, Water, and Electric Power.

It can be used by:

  • The End Customers, who can access the Online Office to perform various operations via Internet (self-reported readings, change of address, request that invoices be delivered via e-mail, etc.)
  • The Agents of the Sales Company who use the CRM module to manage potential customers, acquired customers, and all related business activities, while tracking all requests
  • The Call Center, which analyzes the status of the customer requests on line, using the CRM included in the portal itself.

The R.E.T.E. Portal can be included and adapted in a manner that complements the company’s Institutional Portal and can be interfaced , without problems, with any Billing and Metering system by means of a file containing the consumers’ main information.
