NavE&A is a vertical add-on of Dynamics Nav; it was researched and developed to satisfy the needs of Public Utilities and is based on the experience of CPL Concordia, which has been operating in this field for decades.
NavE&A consists of various modules.
NavE&A-GE
- Managing all the activities in connection with Selling Methane Gas, LPG, and Electric Power: management of the online office, recording the readings, invoicing, collections, and requesting payment
- Managing the dual-fuel and multiservice invoicing
- Manage the business and small business customers, the main models of discounts and promotions, as well as relations with Agents, Shippers, and Distributors
- The processes for recording the invoices and collections are completely integrated with Dynamics Nav’s accounting.
NavE&A-ACQ
- Meets all needs in connection with managing water supplies, sewer systems, and treatment
- Covers the entire water consumption invoicing cycle for civil and industrial customers
- Provides the calculation and the treatment and sewer system fees
- Makes possible the management of, and invoicing for, private wells (based on readings or on agreed consumption levels), fire-fighting entrances, and all additional services.
NavE&A-GD
This is the new software for solving problems in connection with Methane Gas Distribution.
- Description of the network and the area under management
- Management of the requests for switchover and the related Office activities for hookups, quotations, and activities regarding the meters
- Management of the Technical Department and Resolutions no. 138/04, no. 168/04, and no. 40/04
- Invoicing of the Services performed for the Gas Sales Companies
- Management of the readings and the calculation of the Allocations and the Transfer
NavE&A-TIA
This is the ideal solution for managing and invoicing the Environmental Health Fee (the system of charging fees for the collection and disposal of waste, which replaces the solid urban waste tax).
NavE&A-TLC
This is the innovative solution for managing Telephony.
- Management of telephony contracts with private and business customers
- Invoicing of the voice traffic, data traffic, and the various fees involved
This elastic and flexible solution solves the needs of the new operators in the telephony market.
NavE&A-AFL
This module is dedicated to the management and invoicing of a series of specific activities, including: invoicing for Votive Lamps and Cemetery Services, invoicing of Rent, and other Additional Services.
