E-billing
Ebilling is the solution for the management and electronic filing of Public Utilities’ typical documents (estimates, contracts, invoices, receipts, etc.). It integrates completely with the company management systems and ERPs.
This service makes it possible to obtain the PDF (Portable Document Format) files of the bills, enter a digital signature and time stamp, and optically file the bills. This service also makes it possible to make available the PDF files of the bills on an Internet portal, so that they are available to customers and clerks. It is possible at any time to reprint a copy of the bill that is exactly the same as the original.
Therefore, this eliminates the need to save a paper copy of the bill and to print the data processing list.
