Management application to communicate with customers

The planning of corrective and preventive measures represents the heart of the system since it is the point of contact between:

  • the CPL Service Manager who plans preventive maintenance activities
  • the Maintenance Technicians who carry out these activities
  • the CONTACT Operator who supervises corrective action, from identification to conclusion of same
  • the Customer who, thanks to the Internet platform, has the possibility of monitoring the combined activities for prevention and correction in their plants

The signalling system is integrated with the telematic management of the plants, and so any faults or malfunctions appear on the CONTACT Operator's screen allowing them to immediately take measures to assign the appropriate technician or specialized maintenance staff in the area. The service is guaranteed 24 hours a day. When the CONTACT Operators are not on-call the system automatically diverts calls directly to the available maintenance staff operating in the customer's area, ensuring the rapid resolution of any problems.
