The eServiceses offer a lot of potentialities and they are constituted by various packages. We see in the detail the characteristics of the service.
Total Data Service (TDS) Data Management Centre
The TDS Centre performs real-time monitoring and processing of all the onsite readings from the remote control devices, data-loggers, volume correctors, and various sensors with diverse communication protocols. All the parameters are recorded to establish a history in the database and subsequently processed and displayed on the Internet portal, both in graphic and tabular form, according to the management packages described below.

The eservice are offered on subscription and applicable to any context and include a range of features for each selected package:
- Supply and installation on-site of the new CPL CONCORDIA devices as required for the specific service and to guarantee the readings
- Reading of devices with a minimum frequency of once a day
- Costs of telephone traffic for communication with the centre and for transmitting alarms
- Routine maintenance of the on-site equipment including spare parts
- Management of alarms with stand-by schedules, selectable by customers for advice of the problem by SMS, e-mail, or voice synthesis
- Password protected access to the reserved area of the web site for the viewing of easy-to-understand summaries, graphs, and tables showing the readings.
