Consumptions can be managed with extremely precision: remote reading is an effective tool both for improvement of operative efficiency, both for possibility of personalization of service offered to own customers, including diversified prices.

AMR ed eMet

Adopting billing system, the process of reading and billing can be completely make automated with low costs and without any manual mistake. AMR, besides remote reading service, can have other uses, allowing to identify cheats, losses and problems. Checking the incoming quantities on the main tubing (ex. water) and knowing the consumptions of every customer, it is possible to develop a lot of consideration about the deficit of utilities company. It must be considered that with AMR it is not necessary to submit anymore to invoices based on annoying supposed consumptions or to foreign visits, improving quality perceived from final customer.
The technology can be integrated with applications that go over the classic remote reading, on contexts of heat management applied to wireless heat meter, monitoring building, monitoring quarter, creating a very “telequarter”.

Characteristics

EMET system is composed of: EMET-Count, compact counting radio/ modules (mobile phone dimensions) operating in free band (that is without burden licence). The home meter through their impulsive exit, transfer consumption values in the EMET-count, which sends wireless directly to GPRS gateway or through repeaters, in case of longer drafts.

  • Archive of 20 outlining elements (ex. daily consumption)
  • Alarms: cable cheat, leak detecting, backflow

EMET- Rep transmit data incoming from modules to GPRS gateway; they are located in high position and they allow optical triangulation (l.o.s. lign of sight) between 2 devices. It is possible to insert up to 3 repeaters to reach individual module EMET-C even in more difficult zones.
