The DSS module makes it possible to display and examine - by the customer and by the operator - the data regarding an integrated service, in a simple and intuitive manner.
The DSS module offers the following applications:
- Dynamic management of the “assets” information : a tree diagram with infinite nodes level able to completely adapt to the customer’s requirements
- Dynamic management of the “activities” : for the organization and management of the scheduled and requested jobs. Allows a “photograph” of the maintenance situation to be taken in real time
- Dynamic management of the “quotations” and “estimates” : issuance and management of the job orders and estimates via the Internet, with a reduction in the time necessary for activation
- Dynamic management of the “synoptic” graphic displays: for instantaneously viewing the geographic location of the critical points and the corresponding activities
- Dynamic management of the “multimedia” documents: Re-association of the data, views, files, functional diagrams, photographs, video, and administrative documents (with advanced management of the expiration dates)
- Management of “statistics” filters and reports: The module provides a large number of filters and reports of the information necessary for managing the services which can be personalized at any time according to the customer’s specific requirements
- Management of services indicators: The information returned regarding the activities and services, which is automatically recorded by the Information System or by means.
