This module was designed on the basis of firmly consolidated experience in the field and makes it possible to manage the following Contact Center activities:

  • Contact by the customer
  • Automatic recognition of the consumer
  • Identification of the reason for the call
  • Determination of the degree of urgency
  • Assignment of the job to the preferred/available maintenance provider
  • Ending the call and recording the job by the maintenance provider
  • Sending the customer an email confirming that the job was completed
  • Generating a report and statistics on the calls and jobs.
