CPL Concordia presents CONTACT CENTER MULTISERVICES, a complete and secure software application for managing the Global Service in conformity with
the requirements of standard UNI 10951:2001. CONTACT CENTER MULTISERVICES is flexible software package, undergoing continuous improvement, for managing:

  • 24h/day Contact Center (emergency service for: gas lines, water lines, and electrical lines; global service; heating systems; and public lighting).
  • Global Service (property and plant management; management of the delivery of gas, water, electrical power, and odorizer; and management of public lighting systems, cleaning service, greenery maintenance, and city global).

Contact

This module was designed on the basis of firmly consolidated experience in the field and makes it possible to manage the following Contact Center activities:

Plan

This module makes it possible to plan and manage all the maintenance activities.

DSS

The DSS module makes it possible to display and examine - by the customer and by the operator - the data regarding an integrated service, in a simple and intuitive manner.

Archistat

The following are periodically entered in this module: the readings of the methane gas meters, the revolutions, the number of kWh, the standard costs, and all the other sensitive data of the consumers.
