CPL Concordia’s Global Service organizes a property’s management and maintenance services in an integrated manner to improve their efficiency and to achieve optimal economy of management.
The Global Service contract allows the client to entrust to CPL Concordia – in forms permitted by law – all the services it would like to outsource. The client and the supplier stipulate a multiyear contract: its
length depends on the client’s needs and its terms depend on the services requested.
The main feature of the Global Service contract is Technical Management. This includes all those actions (organizational, inspection, and engineering actions) whose goal is to simplify procedures, reduce costs, integrate the activities, and optimize.
The activities of Technical Management will be under the responsibility of a single intermediary, the Project Manager of the Contract, who supervises a staff of specialists for each specific activity included in the contract.
Based on the client’s needs and the type of facility to be managed, necessary requalification actions may be identified. The main purpose of this is to maximize management, energy, and maintenance economy. The actions that are identified can be financed through advantageous depreciation plans according to the length of the contract stipulated.
CPL Concordia recommends contractual structures that include the management of the systems and technological services, but it is possible to meet every type of need, even through partnerships with other companies.
CPL Concordia extends its usual guarantee on the systems for the entire length of the Global Services contract and, for the maintenance services, gives a total and customized guarantee. It is possible to continuously monitor the quality of the services offered by CPL Concordia. CPL Concordia is ISO 9001:2000 certified for the following activities: planning, execution, maintenance, and use of all the technological systems and all the properties.
