The odorizing substance is based on tetrahydrothiophene (99% THT) or mercaptan mixture (75% TBM). It is stored in IBCs (Intermedial Bulk Containers) from 2 to 5 m3 each. The whole commercialised product is guaranteed by the Quality System Certificate UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000, UNI EN ISO 14001: 1996
The odorizer storage deposit has a capacity of 50 tons of THT tetrahydrothiophene and 50 tons of mercaptan mixture (75% TBM).
The odorants are stored in drums to facilitate a ready delivery and speed up refilling operations. Enviromental safety is ensured by automatic system of measurement, captation and strain of odorant vapour.
