Global management of the energetic systems

Thanks to an thorough technical and economical analysis, CPL Concordia proposes and carries out optimal solutions for the elimination of inefficiencies of installations, allowing the client to obtain concrete and immediate results.

The Service

Energy Service is a particular type of contractual relationship which aims to reach the following objectives:

  • guarantee conditions of comfort for the environment through a rational use of energy
  • maintain high standards of safety and protection of the environment
  • provide for the improvement of the transformation process and of the use of energy

In choosing the Energy Service, the client entrusts its own energy installations to CPL Concordia for the activities of: management, execution, maintenance, retraining. The whole is regulated by a flexible and customisable contractual relationship, of several years’ duration (from 3 to 9 years).

Energy management

After having adjusted the fittings to the normative ones in vigor, we proceed to the optimization of their management. This means:

  • integral restructuring of the thermal plant
  • adoption of a system of integrated telecontrol
  • division of the costs of in operation heating of the energy used by the single consumer
  • adoption of systems for the diminution of the consums
