In the new liberalized energy market the forecast of the daily gas volume is an extremely important activity for traders, shippers, and operators. It is vital for guaranteeing the equilibrium of the system.

In fact, now that the new contract terms and conditions refer to daily capacity (DC), the observance of commitments prevents excess capacity, thereby avoiding the payment of penalties by the customer.

Communication

The device is based on a tri-band GSM/ GPRS modem. The communications protocol consists of SMS/e-mail messages. It is possible receiving and visualizing data directly on the mobile phone or on the personal computer of the recipient, or by dedicated software named “Efor Central”.
