CPL Concordia’s Global Service organizes a property’s management and maintenance services in an integrated manner to improve their efficiency and to achieve optimal economy of management.
The main feature of the Global Service contract is Technical Management. This includes all those actions (organizational, inspection, and engineering actions) whose goal is to simplify procedures, reduce costs, integrate the activities, and optimize.
The activities of Technical Management will be under the responsibility of a single intermediary, the Project Manager of the Contract, who supervises a staff of specialists for each specific activity included in the contract.
