Global Service

The structure of the "Park of the Music" has been realized on project of the Arch. Renzo Piano and it's the greatest complex of this kind in Europe.

It's an area of 55.000 m2, with 500.000 m3 of buildings, 40.000 m2 of gardens and 42.000 m2 of services. In the project of the Arch. Renzo Piano detaches the three rooms from 2.800, 1.200 and 700 places.
The Maintenance managed by CPL Concordia includes:

  • Electric plants
  • conditioning plants
  • fireproof plants
  • Maintenance of the civil works and the green areas
