The services
Methane gas invoicing for Gas Plus Vendite S.r.l. and Gas Plus Emilia S.r.l.
The invoicing service covers the entire operating cycle:
- Entry in the system and verification of the consumers;
- Processing and verification of the invoices;
- Printing, insertion into envelopes, and delivery of the invoices (in hard copy or by e-mail in an electronic format);
- Automatic recording of the invoice data for accounting;
- Generation of technical and economic statistics for verifying and monitoring invoiced consumption;
- Management of requests for payment and the corresponding procedure for managing accounts in arrears.
Providing ASP software for managing the gas payments for Gas Plus Vendite S.r.l. and the gas and water payments for Gas Plus Emilia S.r.l.
CPL CONCORDIA's solution consists of:
- Provinding software for front office management for customers of the gas and water services;
- Software maintenance services according to the needs of the Gas Plus Group and according to the provisions of the regulations prescribed by the AEEG (Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica ed il Gas [Electric Power and Methane Gas Authority]);
- Several servers provided as an ASP service, to access in client mode the payment software and the relevant company data through a simple Internet connection;
- All the maintenance operations on the hardware that was provided as an ASP service (software and data backup, communication lines backup, routine and special maintenance of the software, etc.); and
- Training and support of the personnel handling customer payments.
Providing and developing ASP software for managing the invoicing of the Wholesale Customers for Gas Plus Italiana S.r.l.
The software for the invoicing of the Wholesale Customers was developed taking into account the specific needs of such customers, whose invoicing method, which is similar to Business Customers’ invoicing method, is made more complicated by factors that are specific to them: for example, some of the contractual parameters may vary during the thermal year, and these oscillations trigger adjustment mechanisms that the software must be able to handle.
